Voice of Witness hit the airwaves this month on The Literary Life, a weekly micro-podcast on all things writing and literature-related, hosted by author Amy Hassinger.
The episode focuses on High Rise Stories: Voices from Chicago Public Housing, edited by writer, educator, and Chicago-native Audrey Petty. In the book, former residents of Chicago’s iconic public housing projects describe life in the now-demolished high rises.
