The Voice of Witness team is excited to share that we have been awarded the 2017 Edward O’Brien Human Rights Education Award.
Each year, the award recognizes one organization and one individual who have made outstanding contributions to human rights education in the United States, in memory of pioneer human rights educator Ed O’Brien.
We are honored to be chosen this year and would like to thank all of our partners and the educators who have helped our program grow.
The award will officially be announced this Saturday evening at the National Council for Social Studies Conference. You can sign up for the conference here and join us for the celebration!
